I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid a significant amount of money for two custom-made dresses and provided my measurements specifically so the dresses would be made to fit me. I am only 4'11", and the length measurement I provided was only about an inch longer than my actual height, yet both dresses arrived extremely long and now need alterations. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the response I received when I brought up the problem. Instead of offering to help correct the issue, I was repeatedly told that the dresses were made according to my measurements and that it should be “easy to cut the dress length.” If it were that simple, I wouldn't have already struggled to find someone willing to alter one of them because of the sequin material. The other dress also has a train and is longer in the back, making alterations more complicated than simply cutting off some fabric. When someone pays for a custom-made dress, they should not have to spend additional money and time finding another professional to correct the sizing afterward. Even more disappointing was the lack of accountability or any attempt to offer a solution. Telling a customer that they can simply have the dress cut shorter is not the level of service I expected after paying for custom work. I gave them the opportunity to address my concerns before leaving this review, but unfortunately the response was essentially that they made it correctly and I should have it altered myself. I would not order another custom dress from this business based on this experience.
I was 18 weeks pregnant by the time of the tea ceremony, but it still fit BEAUTIFULLY! You all did such a wonderful job. The quality was flawless.

Dù ở hãi ngoại va mùa dịch nhưng tiếp xúc với Chương dễ dàng và được giao đúng hẹn.
