Return & Refund
Your satisfaction is always our priority. You can therefore return the item within 15 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The dress you received does not match the product code when you ordered it on the website.
- Wrong color: Red to white, purple to blue... In other cases, there may be slight color tone difference due to different mobile screen resolutions and photographic lighting, so no returns will be accepted.
- Standard size does not match what is described on the website.
Dress returned must be unworn, unwashed, ironed or altered.
Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support within 2 business days; our customer representative will clarify for you (You should send us the dress pictures to show the mistakes). And you can ship the item back to us within 14 natural days (from the date the item is received). Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver, and the reason why return).
When you ship the dress, please mark the price is 5-10 dollars.
We encourage customers to keep the dresses if there is only a little problem, and we can offer some compensation in this situation.
We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you.
LAHAVA accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has a problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by LAHAVA, because we do not do free returns.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning methods.
We can not support customers who order several dresses back to try on, and then keep 1 and return others.
Customers need to be responsible for the shipping fee to send back items, and we will also reduce the shipping fee we send out with another 10% restocking fee.
The final sales dresses might be slightly different if ordered separately, and slight differences might also exist in one order if they are made in different periods.
Returns are not accepted for custom size orders, custom products, colors, designs... that have been changed from the original design, and non-LAHAVA designs.
All orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours, if persist cancel orders, we can only offer 50% partial refund, because our workers spend time, fabric and workmanship on the dress. Hope you understand.
